We feel strongly about giving our clients independent advice from the beginning of a project, including vendor/technology selection, equipment requirements and project scoping. In our experience, the most important factor in deciding if an IT implementation is successful or not is to acquire technically knowledgeable, experienced and independent advice from the beginning of a project. We like to begin with in-depth analysis of the needs of the customer and then proceed to construct a solution, including vendor/technology selection, equipment requirements and project scoping. We offer creative, custom-made solutions developed for your specific organisation, because we know that most search-based systems have some bespoke components to them and off-the-shelf products seldom do the job without some customisation and integration to fit into the customer’s organisation. We believe in our ‘With You All the Way’ model, but we are flexible and provide more specific services when required.
We have a global mindset and serve clients accordingly, which is why we can engage with customers worldwide. We have previously been on-site for short and long periods of time in the UK, North America and continental Europe.
